Latest pub. sucks. but the Han ( er, art ) of solo is not dead for us..... if you do not think you can, then you have already failed ( or something like that ) I am MCH/4441 Ranger,( yes, I know ) which is why I know it can be done. Long story short, pet pull ( death ) send pet in ( death not so much, if you can run fast lol ) What I do is step right inside aggro range of target, with emboldened pet by my side, and throw a trap this single pulls creature, 10m or so out I tell pet to attack, pet then draws aggo and I am for all intents and purposes invisible, I then proceed to help pet and target dies. I am not as clever or astute ( astute, is that right? oh well ) I can only assume this works for the same reason, that when I send pet in to attack, the 2 or more creatures around the attacked one ignored pet and chase me down 40-50m away. (screwy AI)

I cloned many times ( for the cause ) before I discovered this tactic, and tested it for hours, it worked 100% of the time, because of the trapping situation, I am pretty much forced to hunt solo for awhile, but with this tactic, ( which should work much better with other templates, since my CH/R template is so weak ) I was able to go from 146 trap xp to well over 179,000 in a relatively short time.
