Are there other ways to store petsbesides using the datapad? Ive heard of certain droids that you can use to store pets in, but then I heard that it was removed from the game. has it?

Yup, you used to be able to store pets in droids that had a data module, but you cant anymore.

Has the possibility of using a yacht as extra storage ever come up? There seems to be plenty of room for setting up a manufacturing center. Better than cramming it all into your poor little house!

I have mine set up as a little crafting ship. There's plenty of room onboard to place one of all the crafting stations. And the item limit is 75 IIRC. Not enough to store all of your resources and parts, butadequate if you just want to do some tinkering.

I would think the biggest problem in doing a majority of your work on the ship would be factory runs. Everytime you wanted to mass produce something, you'd have to land and travel to where ever you keep your factories.

The yatch will hold 100 items now. This was changed when the housing storage was changed.
