I dont know why, but the subject of the message made me think this was going to be some twisted creature handler joke, alas I was disappointed.

My trick that helped me get 3 narg female babies out of one random lair...
Kill the surrounding creatures (the lair owners). Do not touch the lair. Get on your bike and go 500 or so meters away. Turn around and come back. The lair should have respawned.
Lather, rinse, repeat.
Eventually a baby will spawn.
I got 3 babies without touching the lair itself. Just doing what I described above.

I've been looking for a shear mite soldier baby for about 3 days now, and I would really like to find one. I've found lairs with shear mites, shear mite queens, shear mite soldiers, etc. I've even seen a lair with a shear mite soldier baby (Unfortunately I got the "You can't tame that" bug) I haven’t seen another one yet.
What is the best way to get a baby from these lairs? Should I "tap" them? Kill all adult spawn until one pops out, and if one doesn't spawn, ride 500 m away and come back? Destroy the lair, etc. I usually kill all the adults, and then "tap" the lair, but the results so far have not been good. If a lair doesn't have an adult shear mite soldier in it will it/can it spawn a soldier baby?

Best way is probably to kill all the adults first, and wait for them to respawn without hitting the lair. Kill them again if no baby, there are usually 3 spawns without tapping the lair, and another 2 once you tap it. Once the 3 spawns (counting the one that was there when you got there) are gone, tap the lair. If nothing yet, kill them and get the last spawn out of it. If still nothing, you can sometimes leave and come back to have it respawn, but sometimes that doesn't work.
If there is no Shear Mite Soldier adult in the group, there will never be ababy, so don't bother. The lairs always spawn exactly whats out initially, provided someone hasn't lured it away or killed it.
