I've lost an egg the other night, apparently I'm not the only one.

Yeah I reported that a couple of times, still no fix. Send a CS ticket in. The more this is a problem, the quicker it will be fixed.

Ya, I'm on my 2nd ticket, the first one said it would be back in my inventory "as long as you didn't generate the deed" whatever that means, the next server start. I bugged it just as soon as I got home from work.

Sounds like some kind of mission object standard statement, next server reboot. The correct response would be to check the logs, find the pet, remove the pet from that datapad, hit account with a 24 hour ban, generate a new egg, place in owners inventory, then send a bug fix report to the developers. This of course is a lot of work. A quick copy paste then head down to the break room for more doughnuts seems to be what actually happened.

Bah, you'd think the devs would have learned when you could tame BE pets on display in a house, fixed that and they overlook this now?

Well, got another "it will be in your backpack" message but they referred to it as veractly_egg so maybe they got it right this time (/dreaming). I wish they wouldn't close the CSR before the problem is actually resolved, which it won't be until I see an egg in my inventory tomorrow morning after server reset.

Good news, I got my egg back. It was returned to my MCH instead of the house owner, go figure. I checked the timestamp for the message and it looks like it was before today's server restart.
