how does that happened i capt xp on creatures 2 times now and it not going larger

growth is dependent on the pets xp as well as its cl "A cl 70 razor cat will be allot bigger then a cl 20 cat"Work the pet and when he has an open slot teach him an ability when you teach him 2 then store him and then call him out again - You should see a noticeable difference

Your wild tame will never get larger than what any other like critter. If you have a BE pet, the size is dependent upon the base size for the creature so a CL70 gurrcat will be huge while a CL70 kimogila will be much smaller than Pre-CU tames you may see.
