Best being that which you find most amusing.
My current favorite: Mountain Wort - has two rather amusing tricks: the mega high jump with back flip, and the cool hand/toung stand.

My 3 year old daughter loves the kaadu backflip.
Personally, my favorite 'trick' is to /pet my rancor or graul until he sits, then call trick 1. The ground shake is super annoying. My preferred time to do this is when my TKM buddy is meditating. Eventually I get a 'Knock it off' shouted to me over teamspeak, then I know my work is done... At least til his next meditation session.

Kaduu backflip while you are mounted, that is the funniest sight. I also like the Bantha because it is so stubborn. It will head stand but only after shaking its head at you on the first couple of commands

T1 command with a Dewback while mounted, you just have this urge to yell "HI-HO SILVER!!! AWAY!!!"

Greetings,
My personal favorite would have to be the trick2 of my Gleaming Lantern Bird. He lands, does a little dance with head and wings gyrating back and forth, then returns to flying. However, the Worrt tongue stand is pretty funny two.

I like pretty much any of the slice hound tricks. Speak, stand up, sit up, and shake hands. Shake hands (trick1 while pet is seated)can be a real crowd pleaser if you verbally prep the audience for it.

Do the other canines do those? I"ve got a kusak stalker I can try it out on...
The male mammien trick one, which is a backflip followed by a front flip is great, too.

/petting a rancor to sitting and doing trick 2 (I think trick 2) it will pound on the ground with it's hands. Very funny...

gotta be the spined puc(worrt too apparently) trick 2 tonguestand. Got one on both Tsiyas now hehe...

When i had a giant veermok i loved doing trick 1... something 2 stories tall doing a backflip!
One of the coolest things i did with tricks one time was while taming some surplus pets i had - i had my full-grown giant darayak (or whatever, its a large spider thing) and a just-tamed baby kliknik out. The kliknik was directly below the other one and had plenty of headroom. I trained it in trick 1 and just for fun wanted to see what it looked like so i did t1 with both out and it was awesome, they both did the handstand in unison which looked totally cool with such differing size pets
