Thread: JTL CH Space Issue

Sorry I have to ask this, I've been reading in this forum for a while CH's saying what part of JTL do we fit in..my question is what makes you think anyone else is going to fit into JTL?
Space is Space, ground game is ground game, there is no cross over. Why would you think there would be?
What place does any proffesion have in space besides smuggler and pilot? Even then smugglers should be able to run smuggler missions but that's not going to affect how they fly thier ship or how good they are.
So in a aspect of the game where it's all based on the skill of the user why do people keep asking where CH fit in? They don't just like everyone else.
Is there something I'm missing here?

Nope, you're not missing anything. Our planetside professions will have no bearing on JTL (except those working towards Shipwright). We'll still keep our original professions, but we will also be able to become pilots (as a seperate profession). JTL is almost a seperate game within SWG. Almost, because - as I understand it -people will still need to return to cities for ship repairs, upgrades, etc.

That's what I thought now why all the "where do we fit in" posts by CH's on the boards?
