I'm sorry to say I have to leave the game. I don't have the time, money, or desire any longer to play. I formally apologize to all of BEAST, and thank you for the faith you have shown in our profession. I will be wrapping things up financially with the city and hopefully saying goodbye to everyone at the meeting on Sunday.

You are one of the few players I will miss most in this game. For the brief times we have spent together, the weight of whatever RL pressures were lifted. I understand well why you would come to this decision. Nonetheless, you will be greatly missed by those you know well and unknowingly by those who have yet to cross paths with you.

I would like to ask you permissin to name one of my newly tamed pets after you. With that, a piece of you shall always linger in my heart when I browse through the datapad.

I wish you luck with whatever you do. The kindest of hearts change lives forever. I am certain you will bring happiness to many others as you have me.

Thank you for the kind words. My decision came when I realized that even if they reset my pets back to before we were "combat rebalanced" I still wouldn't have any more fun. I hate to leave you guys, but I can't justify a $15 a month chatroom. Pem, hon, I would be honored if you would name a pet after me. I will try to be on most of Sunday to get things straightened up.

I have loved every minute of you on the boards. Yes even the bad times. It has always showed me the opposing points of view. When I left, I believed I could walk away from a game I hated and a profession I loved. I came back hoping to save the profession. I hope some day you can come back too. Many great ideas by CH past and present have pooled up into a pit of despair. Some days I feel "if only I were a Dev". I guess that is the most frustrating thing about losing a spot in the sandbox.
