Tonight I tamed a new panther and decided to get rid of one of my other 2 pets. So, I deleted my Dalyrake pet from my datapad. He deleted succesfully from the datapad BUT, now the game tells me that I can't tame any more pets until I get rid of one of my others.

I have 2 pets currently showing on my datapad, and I have a max pet capacity of 3 right now. So, somehow when I deleted my pet from the datapad it corrupted my character somehow. So, now I can only tame / keep 2 pets until this is fixed.

I asked a CSR about the problem in chat and he told me to /bug it because CSRs in game can't fix character problems yet. Er, what is the purpose of customer service if they can't fix any problems? Or refer my ticket to someone that can look at my character and fix this issue?

I submitted a /bug for this, but I'm curious to see if anyone else has experienced this:

I'm a master WS and master Architect. 100 experimentation and assembly points in each one (10 points).

I am NOT as master artisan -- I have 60 points of artisan experimentation and assembly.

I logged in today to restock my vendors and find that I am now only a SIX POINT weaponsmith and a SIX POINT architect!!!

It looks like the game is erroneously using my artisan points (60) for architect and weaponsmith items instead of the correct value (100). Needless to say, this has completely crippled my ability to make useful items. I have logged out and back in, and even re-started the game completely. Yes, I'm using the correct crafting tool, a private crafting station, and making items specific to WS/Arch. (Starsider server).

What were you trying to make that only gave you six points?

I tried a number of different items -- both in WS and in Architect...

In WS, everything from CDEF Pistols, Weapon Upgrade Kits, all the way up to long vibro axe. Stuff I've been making for months, and having 10 points of experimentation, suddenly only has 6.

I first noticed it making a Weapon Upgrade Kit for a friend. I used 1000 conductivity copper (which should experiment up to 100% on this item), only made it to 72% -- because I only had 6 points.

Same for architect items -- consistently 6 points instead of 10. It is using my artisan skill rating instead of my WS/Architect skills.

Interestingly, Shipwright seems to work ok...

CDEFs are an artisan item...

WUKs and LVA should use weaponsmith exp though

WUKs, although they're a weaponsmith schematic, use artisan experimentation.

The LVA should use ws experimentation though.

I wouldn't waste 1000CD copper on WUKs. I still get 35% damage and speed slices using the worst resources I can find to make WUKs, Molecular Clamps, and Precision Laser Knives...otherwise, the other two already said what I was going to say...

Yeah, no point in putting good resources in any of the smuggler equipment.
