That depends...... for attack I use "/tellpet attack", for stay I use "/tellpet stay".....and so on......
If you're looking for a grinding macro, you can look in the FAQ or ask elsewhere, as we like other professions don't take kindly to those who aren't in it for the enjoyment of the profession.
My humble 2 credits......

noone I know has automated the CH grind. *smile*
I am only a 1/1/1/1 CH and so far am loving every minute of it. Soon, my new level 20 BE pet will allow me to take it hunting on my master rifleman level. No more capper spineflap lairs. :-) Yavin, here we come.

I use a specials macro for when I'm soloing...it goes something like
/tellpet special1;
/pause 0.2;
/tellpet special2;
/pause 0.2;
/macro petspecial
This will set your pet off blasting specials at your target till you tell it to stop. What I have found though is ifyou are in the middle of a group of beasties and the pet's target dies, more often than not, your pet will decide to go off and attack the lair. This is dangerous as the lair will start spitting out more and more beasties.
For that reason, I have a dump macro which alsocalls the pet to heel...
/dump;
/pause 0.2;
/tellpet follow
Use'em at your own risk!
