Ban, I will cheat and give him an answer. There is:
Almond Kwacuu Biscuits, 7.5-10 taming bonus.... THis is a Novice Chef item, but you probably need a Master to make it well.

Why do I have to answer this every day? lol There are clothes and food that will help some with your training ability but nothing that will raise you Max Pet Levels. If you are novice your max level is CL 12. You can get hopped up on food, wear bio clothing and you will not be able to call a CL 13 pet. The Taming Vicious can allow you to call an aggressive pet with out Taming II but that is it. You will see a better success level in you tame success versus tame fail rate also with +Tame enhancements. Also, BE clothes and +food, cap out at +25. It may say it is +80 or what ever but +25 is all it is.
