Another happy tale of Creature Handler / Bio-Engineer fun.....

Having hit CL 45, I decided to go out and get myself a few CL 45 pets. Checking on swgcreatures.com, it was obvious that Endor would be the prime spot so off I went, taming clothes in hand, to the little forest moon. Having tamed a DMA (and put an MCH onto a TMB) just north of the Smuggler outpost a couple of days previously, I went back to the same area and came across a lair with a TMB and a DMA hanging around it. My usual trick is to sample the damn things till they die, tap the lair, rinse and repeat. After about 6 taps up pops the little baby TMB and I get him first attempt. Speed on back to the outpost to train my little monkey-faced spider. While I was there, I decided to go and get myself an Arachne Warrior. Same story; sample, tap, tame. Again, one pops up on the second tap and I get him first go. Feeling rather pleasd with my haul, I made my way back to Coronet and was able to craft up some armoured DNA templates (at last), one of which is a CL 37 Squall , with light armour, 10k HAM and 40-ish kinetic resisitance. Not bad for a bunny , I thought.

Next stop, Dathomir for a Rhoa Kwi Guardian. Went north from the Trade outpost over to the little island and first lair has a Guardian and a standard Rhoa Kwi. Same story and on the 2nd tap, a Guardian baby pops out, again I get it first go.

Back to the outpost to log out before a weekend visit to the folks back in Blighty, very pleased with my evening's work. Picked up a couple of nice armoured pets and was able to make another one to boot (still got a couple of armoured templates yet to play with as well). My only regret is that I didn't even see, let alone tame, a Prowling Gurreck on Endor, but that is penciled in for my next trip. Ironically, I've seen a couple of Prowling babies, but of course all I was capable of taming at the time was a Durni. I know none of these pets are particularly rare, but it was a rather satisfying trip for me and despite all our problems, I still wouldn't change my CH character for anything.
