It sucks running around trying to find one, If someone knows the ones for Valcyn I would greatly appreciate it. I didn't see it in the FAQ.

Calm down, dude 
You may find one at the North side of the bank in Coronet, Corellia. I'm sure there are more in the most important cities of the galaxies, but I used this. It's by a Bio-Engineer trainer, sided by some animals and a tent.
A side note, all NPC trainers in NPC cities are the same in all galaxies.Are the NPC trainers in player cities who change from server to server. Also, you may find nice info about NPC trainers in allakhazam and many more fan sites. Good luck!
