In the tailor forum there is a Threadand they are saying the taming tissues are useless???
I posted in big letters that these are indeed working. I'd like to get your feedback on these tissues as well. Mine seem to work great so please confirm here or in the tailor forums.
I almost had a heart attack when I read that.

I find that i do tame more successfully with my BE Modded +25 clothing than i do without it.
I'd suggest posting on that thread to advise MiraLuka that Taming mods are working.
Of course, i'd tend to be a little less in your face about the post and not use super-sized lettering to get the point across

I just posted this on the tailor thread, but thought the information should be here also...
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have done additional testing with Taming clothing, taming mods and Foods.
Low level CH's would want the +25 Taming clothing (taming vicious/wild) - Allow them to tame Vicious Creatures without the skill
The Taming Clothing Attachment Mods and Taming Foods Increase the ability to tame high level creatures, which will be very important for those looking for the 70+ tames. I am currently running a suit with +25 Creature Taming (CA Tapes) +25 Vicious Taming/Wild Taming and eating Foods +17 Creature Taming, and Can tame a bull rancor (CL 65)in 2 tames (completed twice) and Ancient Reptilian Flyer (CL 67+)in 2-3 (done twice). Without the Tapes and food I was having extream difficulty taming Reptilian Flyers or anything over level 65.
Please change your initial message to state that the Taming Vicious/Wild Mods are working, and working well.

I agree that they are working, I'm taming higher level creatures much easier using my BE shirt and hat along with food.

I know for a fact that they work. I am still a mid-level CH with no skill boxes in the vicious line. With my clothes on, I can tame vicious animals. Without them, no dice. Ergo, they work.

Are CA tapes and BE clothing not added together when determining the maximum bonus one can get to a skill? I was under the impression that +25 is the most one can get from clothing and armor, and that includes the attachments.

The tapes (CA's and AA's) are for a mod called 'Creature taming Bonus', this is different from the benifits Bio Engineered clothing gives you which are 'taming vicious creatures/taming wild creatures'. On the Bio Engineered clothing +25 is the maximum benifit you can have, wearing more is a waste of time.
On the Creature Taming bonus I dont know if there is any cap but this is the skill which is increased by +10 if you are a wookiee and +17'ish if you eat the good creature taming bonus food.
I think both of these skill mods are working but it will always be tricky to test the tapes and if the creature taming bonus mod is capped.

All modifiers from equipment are capped at +25, so the Creature Taming bonus is as well. However, as mentioned, it is different from the Taming Wild/Vicious modifiers, so they do stack.
Supposedly modifiers from food have no limits, but I never use them and the quote has not been affirmed like the +25 cap for attachments and BE clothes.
