Thread: Question about the Novice Box

I was MCH so I should know all this but its been a few months since I had to drop out and its amazing how quickly you forget the basics.
I was just playing with char builder and wondering about the Novice Box :
Additional Pets +1
now from what I remember this means you can still only have one pet called, but you could also have a droid called at the same time if you have this ?
Store Pets +4
my ex-mch still has all his pets in his datapad even though he has dropped it completely (obviously a lot are not callable because of the challenge level, I so miss my twin crimson razor cats 
). If you take the novice box then retire it can you in theory have 6 pets in your datapad from then on ?

if this is true then why say it here?............what's that I smell? (sniff) smells like nerf
But no, I have no idea, why would I ever want to drop CH?

I have a hard enough time getting people to buy 1 pet, can't immagine them buying 6. But I am sure they would, then ask me to train it for free. Since we CH's only work our hind ends off just to be servents to people who decide they want a pet.
But if it allows MCH players to keep the pets in their datapad after dropping it then it should work for novices. It will be about the only perk they let us CH's have.

I don't want anything about CH nerfed! I was MCH for 6-7 months before I got fed up with it being overlooked whilespaceships were created.It was my first master with most of the XP gained from training wild tames (and thats wild as in the ones already outside of a lair not that pop while its being attacked).
I was purely wondering about the box as it would be usefull assistance to the rifleman I am now levelling.

Yup, but if you release one of the pets after you master it then you can not get another till you get rid ofenough to leave you with only one pet in your datapad.
