When I read the CH threads I conclude that the best combined proffesion are 1. Master RiffleMan and 2. Bounty Hunter.
My question is what proffesion is the the best combination if you play the game allmost only when buffed. For example MRM would become probably less intressting and TKA or two-handed profession be more intressting. Any Ideas?

I use a Master Swordsman/CH combo. Which works excellent for a buffed fighting stance. The pets fight along side you and often if you send them in first take all the aggro for you. With a Master Swords this normally means very quick deaths for the creatures. While the pet takes the brunt of the attacks you can use the massive damage potential of a swordsman without much worry for mind drain.
Best example: When I was still 3434 swords I fought off 6 Gnarled Rancors with relative ease simply because my two pets drew most of the attention. Without the pets I would have been toast, but with them the rancors just fell one at a time. This works well also because even if the pet runs the aggros will follow leaving you time to finish off the ones on you. The pets also solve the problem of a brawler having to chase a runnning creature. my Gurreck loves chasing down the cowards, and nothing much can outrun a gurreck.
NOTE: the wise people who make this game make it very difficult to have pets do this. Since when your pet is chasing a running creature your pet will normally take 2-3 times the damage it would fighting it toe-to-toe. It is quite idiotic.

Pretty much any Melee Profession with Creature Handler is a need-buffs combo most of the time. (except for certain cases like Meuw's above)
If you ranged, pets can tank while you chip away at the target from a distance. I've solo'd several bunkers/hideouts/caves in the game easily without because I could stay away from the hostilities, and only have to run in every once in a while to heal my pet.
