Thread: New Creature on Lok discovered: Aged Kimogilia

Greetings
Would like to announce the discovery of this new breed of Kimogilia that before today has never been mentioned here on this forum or on swgcreatures.com. When I first saw it it looked very similar to the Giant Dune Kimogilias except when examined stated its name was Aged Kimogilia.
Here is story on how encountered:
I was at my city Galactica on Radiant Galaxy testing Simba to see if the ferocity bug had been fixed and watched delightgully as my Great Plains Stalker devored a herd of Gurnasets. Then i saw a red dot spawn near where Simba was chomping on some fresh Gurnaset and saw this Kimo and when examined said Aged Kimogilia. I examined twice and called a fellow guild member Oepe to come look at it but before could do anything regarding the Kimo it aggroed on my Great Plains Stalker SImba so frantically called Simba away retreating into the city where was able to break the aggro and store SImba.
When I went back to further study it despawned and was unable to find any others in central lok. I will keep looking however as want to take a screenshot, write down stats, cl, and possibly fight with my krayt slayer Blade to see what loot they may drop.
I understand at this point guys I dont have the proof to back this up as far as the screenshot but ask that you take my word for it and know I am striving to find another one. Many of you know me and I would never make something like this up and encourage other hunters and ch to also go out and try to find one. It was very impressive with the same size appearance of the Giant Dune Kimo and since Kimos often spawn around or sometimes inside my city am used to dealing and hunting them.
Then again if this creature is not new and it has somethingthat has been around a long time then disregard this but since its not on swgcreatures.com or I have never seen it before am assuming this is anew creature.

cool, there seem to be some new creatures. heard something about Adolescent Krayts too.

wonder if it drops gdk scales too, it seems they fixed the scale bug,.. my galaxy's trade forum was overun with gdk scales starting last night..they had been going for 2 mil..but it would seem the price will plummmet as krayt pearls did.
withougt getting too specific, it seems RIS components are plentiful with this new patch..i have to wonder if this is the dev's first step in eliminating comp armor from the game, as per the combat upgrade...if they get everyone in ris, which you don't need to buff to wear, and is less effective..it is a step in removing defense stacking...or mabay i was just sooo lucky i got 28 components last night..i don't think so

wish they would toss some new tamables in that aren't a gazillion to one in finding a baby not to mention arent stat nerfed to hell so you don't dump it in a week lol
sorry didnt mean to be a stick in the mud but I got excited when I read the title lol.

Aged kimogilas are a static spawn on a hill very near 0,0 on Lok. Stats comparable to a GDK but they KD/dizzy. You should be able to find them all day, every day within 500m of 0,0.
Adolescent krayts are a static spawn just outside the Tusken Bunker (the one with the king) on Tatooine. About 200m from the entrance to the SE by the rock spires. Stats comparable to an ancient krayt. Again, static spawn, all day every day.
Neither drops any loot at this time. So don't waste your time, especially with the krayt, until they fix it. I'm guessing this is by design because it's a static spawn however, to deter farming.
These appeared around publish 13. Enjoy.

Found the aged kimo again and got a screenshot this time

They are actually pretty weak and go down very easy and are very comparable to juvie krayt dragons.
Loot so far has just been segments but these will not drop the coveted giant dune kimo scales.

off topic but
enigma I have seen alot of post's of yours for a very long time and they always get one/three starred. you either have people who just plain dont like you or people who judge you far worse than most ch.
sorry for saying that in public but i'm sure if I noticed it you have.
look at this thread why it deserves a low star rating is beyond me??

Yeah I have noticed it too. But it will not stop me from continuing to speak my mind here on the forums and continue to bring up topics I feel are important. I will not go away just because certain people have issues with me and you will continue to see my name here trying to be a positive influence in the community.

Milteck's been one of the most helpful posters on the CH forums, and always ready to assist anyone or lend advice. Some real good ideas too.
Pretty sad that someone would spend the time to give him a low star rating...

yea Ko he isn't a bad guy at all hehe
besides I am sure I have made a few people angry with me lol.
I remember I was one starred for saying I was leaving for a while land they even one starred a new guy I tried to help out for posting there. good news is there are always people who see the apple for the tree and 5 star you enough to compensate, not that the star system means anything anyways
