Thread: is anyone else sad that mod clothing takes blocks directly out of our skill tree?
Except for aggressive skins if your Training line is low, the clothes do not affect being able to use BE pets at all. What they do help with is increasing your chance to tame wild pets.
So if anything, the clothes encourage you to get out and tame. If you aren't taming, they do nothing for you.

unlike defense and offense bonuses, ch mod clothing completely removes the need to move up, with be pets you don't have to get a "special certification" in the form the higher pet lvls, since high lvl pets can be made low lvl now.
so like here i am comparing myself as a master ch to a non master ch and it just kinda makes me sick
anyone else feel this way? or should i just let go of my hardcore creature handler nature and give in to the "man" that is ch mod clothing and be'd pets
i like the be pets don't get me wrong, but whats the difference really between 10k lvl 40 pets and 12k lvl 70 pets ?? is there any?
The BE tissue doesn't let you control a higher cl. Like the poster above said it's just a taming bonus that will let you tame easier and control agro critters before you have the skill to other wise. It's not some "holy grail" to let non ch folks have master ch skills.
As for your question about the cl 40 vs cl 70.... differences can be found in other areas besides HAM. As a master ch though, I normally prefer to use a pair of nice cl 35s rather than one near cl 70. The two together do more damage and have more combined HAM. But it is a personal choice, your milage may vary.

ok imagine if you will that if anyone can do anything early ..... that would mean ... that they don't have to earn it in skill blocks .....
i don't think you understand where this is coming from. i'm not a novice ch asking questions about my new profession.
i am a master ch and have been for a long long time,, the problem i see other than the tissues is that there reallly is nooo difference between 1 lvl 35-40 be pet and a lvl 70 be pet.
