Like many people I enjoy hunting down babies to tame and "collecting" pets. The problem is room in the data pad and the utter lack of practical need for most of the things I find. I would LOVE to have the ability to "stuff" the wild caught pets I gather so I can display them in my house just like BE pets can be dropped until you tame them. Essentially, I would like the ability to swap pets from being "alive" to being "trophys" (and back again).
I want to have my own museum of wildlife that I catch myself, not filled with stuffsome BE cooks up in their voodoo kitchen

I like that idea, too, but people might complain that we're getting "free" storage/extra pets.
Maybe any "trophy" pet, when dropped, could revert to "baby" stats again to avoid this?

I would love this. I was gutted when I had to drop my first couple of pets to make room. I would much rather have removed their organs and filled them with straw and formaldehyde! Really!
I would happily fork out on a Large house if I could fill it with animals.

I like this. Cept I think trophy should mean just that. You tag it trophy it becomes inanimate forever. Shrinking it to baby size to display would be even cooler. Maybe we could turn trophies over to artisan so they can make a cool graul baby lamp. LOL
Either way I like it but I do not want it to toggle back and forth. Something that can be displayed like a Deed from BE. Let's face it most wild pets are nothing more than trophies and cannot be used PvE or PvP.

This would be a great idea. I have 2 Boar wolves and a GSP which saw me through thick and thin when I was levelling up and I really don't have the heart to "Destroy" my beloved Spit, Dribble and Pludge. To be able to retire them permanently in my house would be an awesome bonus. I do agree, it should be an irreversible change. And rather than them standing around shaking their tackle, let them roam freely within the boundaries of the house, greeting you lovingly with wagging tails etc every time you go home.
