A while back it was possible to store pets in droid data storage modules, for some reason this was made not to work.
(Don't ask me why this popped into my head at 2:00am this morning while trying to get to sleep. I think I've been spending to much time with my narglatch)

Just out of curiosity, if this were allowed again, would the majority find it an acceptable solution/replacement to the stable/zoo idea?

It would be great for storage but I think some people are wanting the zoo so you can view the creatures in it. See em moving around and what not. For them to throw us any kind of bone at this point would be welcome though lol.

they changed it because they specifically DIDN'T want animals(as well as waypoints) being stored there. they considered it an exploit. thus it was nerfed to only factory schematics.

i think a lot of CH's also want to see the stable/zoo idea so that we have some way of selling pets as well!

I don't knwo why, but you write this and the first thing that comes to mind is my Graul Mauler walking around, holding 2 R2 unit legs, with the body around his neck and the dome on his head, and grunting as if trying to whistle. lol
