Which levels should I pick first? I have a few weeks before my subscription runs out, I said what the hell I might as well try this.
Which boxes should I get first ?? (please list an order and why)

I am nowhere near a Master, but I'll offer my input here.
I would say the first box you should get is 0-0-1-0, because that will let you teach your pets the Trick1 command, and you'll be using your (still extremely weak) pets to slum around for creature handling experience against newbie mobs. The Group command is also useful, because while the pet is grouped with you it is very easy to keep an eye on their HAM, and you also get the grouping experience bonus if you're using some kind of weapons for combat. The Stay command is useful for making your pet stay back from a lair while you go up to snoop around, so the pet stays out of trouble.
To start, I would say you should follow this path:
0-0-1-0 for Trick1
0-0-1-1 for Group
0-1-1-1 for Stay
1-1-1-1 for skill bonus to taming
2-1-1-1 for taming Viscious creatures
From there, you should have enough experience with the profession to decide what skills you want to take next, and you should be able to tame some halfway decent viscious creatures to help you move further through the skill tree.

Here's how I started out.
Novice
0001 (for grouping)
1001 (for grouping and vicious taming)
1011 (for t1 command so I could stop using pet stims all the time.)
1111 (for the number of pets I could store.)
After that, I just filled up the level 2 boxes, starting with Training so i could hold more animals, incase I couldn't train and release on the spot.
I'm 2333 now and enjoying it a lot.

Just wanted to mention something. You no longer can get double exp from having two pets out so grinding up to management 3 is probably not the best way to go anymore ( It just splits the exp you would of got in half for each pet ). Had a novice CH tell me this the other day.

I think this is back the old way. Last Thursday I was on endor using pets to tank a screecher lair. I sent a graul in and got 304 xp on a kill. Next spawn I sent a graul and razor cat and to my surprise got 304 and 450 xp!

Yeah, I just had the same experience. I was fighting two force crystal hunters with my trusty BE pet Fenrir(a narglatch), and sent in my newest addition, a lvl 9 (baby still) narglatch called Thor. At the end of it, I had recieved four different XP returns! Maybe it was a bug, or maybe it was a stealth un-nerf, lol.

I also noticed that I was getting the baby pet xp again...we just might be semi-unbroken in the xp area...
