It's +12 at novice, +10 at master. For each level:
+5
+3
+2
+2
for 70 total.

[edit] Of course Nitetime beat me to the correction...

As a BH/CH at the moment I can just say that as stated above it would be a waste of skill points to go MBH and Novice Medic/CH. At 19 there are a few good pets out there but there's really nothing good until you can handle something at CL 25 when you can get a Boar Wolf and GSP. Again you can just pick up Novice CH and have a MBE make you a great pet and then save the extra 11 skill points for using better meds or something. The only good BH/CH mix is if you go the other way MCH/BH. Then you get the good pets and lots of them and you can just pick your weapon of choice from BH or one of the other combat professions.

Hello,

Im considering adding CH as my secondary skill to MBH. with MBH, 0300 CH, and Novice Medic, what kind of Pets can i buy.

If anyone could possibly supply what level pets i could get, examples of HAMs of that level of pets ect.. i would appricate it much.

Thank you,

No doubt CH and medic will make your life as a bounty hunter much easier, but you're going to have to spend a good deal of money on both. With 0-3-0-0 I think you'll be able to manage a CL 27...you should probably check your skill box rather than trust my math.

The problem is at that level you're not going to be able to do much of your own training. What I highly recommend is that you contract a BE or go to a BE shop and purchase a level 27 that you like. A good idea for a bounty hunter would be to buy a mountable pet, that way you could use it as a vehicle to track down your bounties and when you arrive you simply dismount and tell it to attack. Once you've got the pet deed, however, you're going to have to find a master CH to train it for you (which may also cost some money)...otherwise you're not going to have many commands. It's important that you keep it in deed form to do this, only a master creature handler can teach the transfer command and you can't transfer a creature handler pet any other way.

Bounties tend to use guns, so you can't just buy a simple high kinetic pet, and at that level you're unlikely to manage armor. Look for something with good kinetic (maybe about 40-50%) and reasonable secondary resists in energy, heat, and blast (oddly enough they tend to go together which is nice). At that level you'll want to look for about 6-9k HAM, if you can find something with higher HAM and resists but lower damage and attack speed you should absolutely buy it...you're the one that is going to be doing the damage, the pet is just a meat shield.

That's only a CL 18. 10 for non-CH, +2 for each box after (Novice and three more).

0/3/0/0

novice is cl12

each tier 1 & 2 is +2 & the tier 3 is +3.

he can only control cl19 pet which is almost a waste of the skill points.

ok as a MBE and aspiring CH...

Bio-Pets Lv 19
Around 150-200 Damage
Resists 40-50s 1or2 Vuln
8-9k Ham
Str type Specials
Ranged your call

Expect to pay around 100k from a good MBE... I would suggest having it made into a mount or Cat... Most of us will not do any special order for under 100k

Wild pets Lv 19
Around 150-200 Damage
Resists 10-15% 3or4 Vuln
4-5k Ham
Med type Specials
Some have ranged
Expect to pay 5-10k or find it
