I asked about this right after the decay announcement was made. Haven't heard anything yet, but I'll let you know if I do.

With the new Death and decay for PvP revoke revoked and we still have it where does the promised no Vit loss for PvP creature incaps?
I gotta tell ya if it is also revoked then CH is a class strictly for people who don't want to PvP and that is a very deep blow to a already low morale amonge CH's.
You finally threw us a bone and it bounced away...............or did it?
