So, here's a thought. I know it's been mentioned before, but I figured I'd highlight it.
I'm about 53,000 xp points away from my last box before MCH. As I contemplate the effort remaining, it occurs to me that unless I'm hunting really high MOBS, I'll have to kill about 200 to 300 animals to get the xp. Then I reminded myself that I know 16 to 17 commands (depending on whether it's a creature with one or two special attacks). Underestimating the xp per command as 100 (it's actually a bit higher), that boils down to 1600 to 1700 CH xp per baby trained (NOT counting the xp for actually taming it). Comes out to only 50 babies. Now, training can be a pain (why do I have to try three or four times at 4434), but I'm thinking it will be quicker. I've been passing up babies since I have my favorite pets that I use all the time, and nothing has grabbed my fancy lately. But I won't be passing them up any more. When you consider that the last time I went Kimo hunting, I got less than 2000 xp for the kimo (as I recall), taming a single mid-level mob baby is rather fruitful!
Just a thought.
