and every baby i saw was a yellow dot. Even giant angler babies were yellow dots. So im guessing all babies in the next patch will be non agressive. I went and saw at least 20 aggressive creatures every single baby was yellow dot instead of red. Don't know if this will help solve the taming issue with the Bull Rancor but it might.

I have never been attacked by a baby (unless during a taming session). Babies are non aggressive...even if they had a red dot. Hope the yellow stays as it will help me see babies on radar.

Iv found that mask scent mod increases the chanch of not being aggroed by the baby.

If you fail the attempt, nothing happens. The baby shrugs and walks off. However, if during a taming session, you might get the message "The baby has detected you, despite your attempts at camoflauge"

They usually attack you, thus angering the parents into attacking you... leaving you running for the hills. There are artifical means of raising mask scent, the easiest way is BE clothes.

BE can make regular clothes with enhancement

One is the undershirt. It can be worn underneath your armor, and it never breaks from decay, so its like a perminent boost of mask scent. Mine gives +14 maskscent and +14 camoflauge mod boost. It costed me about 17K

I also have a Be made pants. Just regular camo pants... that give another +15 maskscent and +15 camoflauge to mod boost.

Just by equipped those twoitems I get +30 mod to mask scent, and testing it out, maskscent breaks MUCH..MUCH less often... thus i can tame much more easily.

However, be prepared to spend someDoe. Depending on the BE, youcan pay alot for these, cuzalot ofBE knows their true potentional.

I spent around 40k for these two items, however, they are well worth the purchase. If there are helmit types that give mask scent boost that are avaible... i will have to buy one of those too.

Oh, and next patch milk will be aviable much more readily, so stuff like +taming mods on cloths will solve the problem you stated.

Oiwik Kalmor the Rodian. Final profession pending.
I love the NGE... don't you?

All skillcaps on BE modified clothing cap at +25. Yes, I know it shows higher if you look at your skill mods, but TH posted that the cap is +25 total (no matter how you spread it around).
