KEEP YOUR RARES OUT OF PVP!!
After some testing (thanks a bunchto my friend TrevorH for being my "rill-killer"
) I can now confirm that PvP vitality loss still exists in both duels and faction battles and all CHs should avoid using their rare or beloved pets in PvP. Here's the deal.
Hypothetical situation: I pull out a bull rancor (for some stupid reason), and I challenge BillyBob to a duel. He accepts. Now, BillyBob just happens to be a decently powerful player, so he incaps mybull rancorpretty quickly. Then he goes for me, and as I am unarmored and unbuffed, he incaps me pretty quickly. Then, he deathblows me. I check my datapad. My bull rancor baby has lost 2 vitality.
If a player incaps your pet and then incaps + deathblows you, your pet will lose 2 vitality. This is repeatable, and this needs to be fixed.

yea most of my pets get double the vit loss in pvp now, my graul went from 86 to 82 in one incapacitation against an imp. i don't have anything amazingly rare though so i dought i'll be risking anything. and i wasn't even incapacitated yet....

I pointing out that pvp vitality loss is still in Publish 10, when it was supposed to be fixed, twice... By being able to "prove" it, I meant I managed to figure out the repeatable process of why petsstill lose vitality in PvP.

Indeed it does still exist. Thanks for the additional piece of information. I'm sure that Vertexon will add this to the info he passes on to the Devs. Another thread about the topic exists here. Vertexon -- I know you're already on this but please just keep bugging the devs until they respond. When they finally do respond please let us know also as the lack of communication on the issue is driving me crazy.
