As a Master CH, what's the better tank-pet that i can have?

it all depends what creatures or NPCs you are hunting.

For example, if you are hunting down in the nightsister cave you need those rock mites from endor that has 100% to the ranged damage nightsisters do.

so in reality you needa lot of different pets with different resists and then you have to pull them out accourding to what you are attacking.

I've been told that bloodseeker mites from endor are superb tanks. I have a baby but have not used it in an extreme situation yet. I think its cl 35 maybe and 8500 HAM but the resists are VERY good. There are queens too butim not sure of their stats.

Bloodseeker Mite CL 30, 8500 HAM, light armor, 350-360 damage, Heat/Electricity/Acid 100% resists, Energy 70% resists, Kinetic 5% resists. I use this in PvP and it works wonders, I mean no enemy using a ranged weapon cando more than scratch him(go figure, look at those resists), but today I ran into a Master TK and he tore my pet (at FULL life) up in 6 seconds, no joke. I thought even a gnort takes longer to die than that... The 5% Kinetic is bad, for but ranged attacks, whether PvP or NPCs, this is the way to go. It's also fairly easy to get, you can see them within 400 meters of both outposts on Endor.

Save your creds and start bidding on anything with medium armor. Good luck.

Oh, and the correct answer here is "three AT-ST's" and whatever you want creature-wise.

If your talking tanking mobs for PvE, I'd say 2 Graul Maulers. 9700 HAM, AR1, 75% Kinetic resist. I can hunt on Dantooine or Endor pretty reliably with that combo with decent paying missions.

As a footnote, I got jumped by a 17k HAM Dark Adept on Dantooine. I had a full grown Graul Mauler and a little quenker (maybe CL10at the time). My quenker got incapped twice along with myself, but from my healing abilities and pet stims my Graul not only survived the encounter without going down but helped me kill the adept.

Hello I am looking for a goood temp tank idea for pve only. Was thinking of these few.

1) master tk/master doc

2)

sorry lol

2) tkm/4004 doc 1444 swords

3) tkm/4441 pike 4004 doc

I want a pure tank that I can go and solo stuff. My buddy has temp 2 and he took on afew night sisters that blew my mind. Thanks for help!

First - you have an edit button - it is your friend!

Second - do you have the cash for ADK'd armor, if so TKM is a waste of points, if you are poor then the free armor is OK. If you have the cash for ADK'd armor, then master pikes is the better tank with just TKA 0100 for COB.

Lastly - Swords is not a tank, if you are looking for a tank template it has no place. TKA and Pikes are the tank professions.
