Ok, we all know, Pet Trade-In did never work as we expected (Give a Bantha - get a Bol, give a Cu'pa - get a Kwi etc.). I tried to trade in a Bull Bantha (non-Aggro, Level 15) with a non-CH. The non-CH got the response:

creature_tradein:[invalid]

I contacted CS, and I got the response, it wasan old feature, which would not work with new pets any more. Then I answered, I used the Pet Trade-in for Level 13/14 Kaadus already after CU, and it works fine, just not for the Banthas. A different CSR answered my ticket, saying: "While it may not be meant to be working right now, and a CH can apparently use it to turn in a pet, a Non-CH shouldn't be able to do it which is why they would get the invalid error."

The Pet trade-in was never meant for CH, only for non-CH. Ko-aIri, could you please try to investigate, what the real status of this feature should be? I mean, it's still in the Holocron Help System in the main listing, when you open it. I think it's just not working and now they are saying: "Well, it shouldn't work anyway", so they don't need to care about it any more. I can't remember a statement saying, this feature would be turned off with CU.
