You can't control nor can any MCH control anything over70.

Did you call this and get a message saying the specs were wrong?

You have 2 choices, either spec to appropriate level for ability or set abilities to appropriate level.

You end up wuth an uncontrollable level ( I have seen 229!!) or a severely nerfed pet no better than most the wild counterparts.

Some pets (rancorsI hear typically) make the CU/ Nerfinization (tm.)process ok and end up with decent stats.

If this is the case you are stuck with a cool pet you cant call.

Yeah it was quite sad to have to convert my kimogila to level 53 stats. But the alternative would have made it completely uncallable.

I hope you didn't pay very much for it. The animal is furniture. Many players used the respec to become a BE. This created a situation where master BE's are running around trying to learn the profession. Animal crafting is not like other crafting professions. It's possible the BE that crafted your pet didn't realize you couldn't use. It's also possible the BE was just selling these animals as novelty items.

The stats on post-curb DNA are borked. The new patch, being tested on TC, has fixed the stats so hopefullywe will be able to craft working pets again soon.

I sent email to bendor with no word yet i paid 15k for it so i would like get somthing back. I was novice CH before respec but just used to get my master so im still learning on what pets to get and what to look for

Part of that problem isn't so much the respec'd BEs as the fortitude bug, which we're all waiting to be fixed in the next rollout. I've made mostly DL12ish pets.. some =<10 for mounts, and a few decent DL33ish critters. In trying to tweak the stats out, I've gone over the edge and made a few decorations, most of which I've sold for 2k as decorations only.
