What do you think of a template like this?

I picture it would allow for you to greatly increase your pets effectiveness as a whole. Whats your thoughts?

Squad Leader skills do not work with pets.

Completely useless

Your pets would get the group bonuses like terrain negotiation and defenses, but they are not that effective.

Tested a MCH/MSL build a few weeks ago and was pretty disapointed.

I've currently got Mdoc/Mch/0031 marksman and i'm pretty happy with it, enough damage output to help the pets, and able to fully buff them at a whim.
