Thread: Need Info Please about level 200 pets and a bad move

I left the game for nearly a year and when I came back I purchased a pet that subsequently went to level 200 (I guess that is a bug). I couldn't use it and deleted it. However, now it sounds like they are fixing that issue, is there any way that customer service will undelete the pet? I paid a whole bunch for it and would hate to lose it (as I thought it was something I had done wrong).
Any advice? Info? Or am I SOL?

well m8, you can always try writing a ticket about it,
but don't set your hopes on it.
If i would guess, i'd guess they wont give it you back, cuz you didn't loose it cuz of a bug,
you lost it cuz you deleted it yourself.
(yeah, you deleted it BECAUSE of a bug, but i don't think that matters to them)...

That is what I was thinking too. Typical SOE support. You would have a completely different ideology at Blizzard. So sad.
