ok i had an idea on how we could get more storage spaceand a way to organize pets. we could have seperate tabs in datapad for different types of animals:
Mount tab: would hold 10 mounts only-this would allow us to sell some creatures without deleting our favorite pets and since most dont use mounts in comabt they just take up space
Rare tab: would hold 10 rare pets only- this would allow us a decent selection of rares since many like to collect them(many rares never fight anything difficult due to the threat of vitality loss)
Regular tab: this would be our normal 22 slots. this would include any wild fighting pets and bio made ones
by doing this it prevents someone from getting 42 uber bio pets and benifits the people that like to have and train mounts and enjoy the thrill of rare baby hunting. with the new expansion and a whole new planet to explore we really need more space. what do you guys think?

The droids held up to 250 I think. And you can have 5-6 droids. You could not call directly but you could swap them for your 22 active pets. This was a nice solution for pets you did not want to let go of such as rares and sentimental favorites.

What I would love is the ability to set up customizedfolders in the datapad, just like in a computer operating system. So you could create a folder called "Rares" if you wanted... or a folder called "Mounts," "Slice Hounds," "Dancing Monkeys" or whatever you choose.
Would help keep things organized in a way that makes the most sense to you, and maybe lessen the impact on low end systems that normally freeze up when you first start loading all the datapad art at once.

They just need creature storage in Data droids again...
(Yes, I'm CH and DE, so that's a double biased opinion)

wow id love to have that many pets but i doubt they would let us have storage space of 250 pets times 5 or 6 droids. you could have a baby of every creature in the game. they wouldnt want that

What is the difference if you have every creature in the game, your still limited to using 70 levels worth at any one time. I don't see any problem with it myself.

well ya i dont have a problem with it. its just that the devs would. im try to do something that will maybe get the devs attention so we can have some more storage space and a way to organize. im not asking for something outragous. its doable without the devs thinking we are getting too much. thats why we were nerfed in the first place.

Or there could be a 'Zoo' building (like 1-2 slots), where you could store pets
Wonderful - if you get their toons really visible walking in it / standing in their pods...
Even more great - if it could act as a vendor of live and trained creatures for customers...
Eh...

House storage for pets has always been asked for. If they find it hard to make pets dropable due to code it may be easier for them to add a data storage area inside the housing terminal, or create an addon terminal that could be placed in any room of the house that could store anything in your datapad, pets droids, schematics, and waypoints.
The terminals could be craftable by artisans or architects and would allow a use for more than one profession. Crafters could keep there best or unique schematics here without cluttering up theyr'e datapad and players could switch out droids for however they're day will be planned.
They just recently had problems that seem to have been solved with the datapads on players. I do not believe the structure it is today was they're original intent but a quick fix. Limits on the datapad was always something they seemed to want. judging by how slow and laggy the datapads got a few months ago a seperate data area may be an easier solution for the devs.
mfg please see Pluto's coral thread I believe you would be pleased.
