Is anyone else having this problem with their mounts...
I call my mount and try to ride it, I get the message, "Can't mount while mounted" (or something like that). That's the only pet out, burst run isn't on, no other vehicles out, and happenes to me everytime - since that last fix that corrected the 1(0) creature level bug.
Anyone else?

I've found that I have to wait a few seconds after the pet is out before I can mount him correctly.
If you try to mount them immediately several things may happen:
1. Nothing
2. You get a message saying you can't mount that.
3. You mount the ground.
4. You may become midgetized appearing considerably shorter than you are supposed to be. I've only seen this happen with my savage humbaba.
5. something else that I don't know about.

I will try waiting a min or two to see if that makes a difference.
I hope so.

I get that message everytime I mount. Seems unrelated to anything, like number of pets, planet or whatever.

Yup - been getting that nessage since CU I think. Though it wasn;t till I went to Kashyyyk that I discovered it - when I needed to pull a mount out. I get it everytime I mount.

Oddwan,
Does this include pets trained after the CU or just the ones from before?
I am a new player that had a postCU Bol trained as a mount. It worked fine until the recent bug that messed with all of the pet levels and made them 1(0) or whatever it did, anyway the pet is now callable, but I can't seem to ride it.
I do plan on doing an ingame ticket next time I play, but I was just wondering if I was the only one with problems.

My mounts are lazy. Every time I first call them out after logging in, and sometimes after that, my mounts tend to lay down. Bantha are the worst to do this, though my Humbaba and Bol have their moments. I don't ask much, just call them if I know I'll need a bit of muscle later on or if I'm strutting about town. If I need to get from point A to point B, I useually ride my BARC, but I'm a terrible driver and, out of fear for my life and the structurable support of any building in my way, I do not ride my BARC in town!

I get that message every time too. It doesn't bother me that much. But when my pet lays down when I call them, now that is a pain. My bantha Samantha does it all the time. I just walk away alittle and she stands up again. I always ride my pets around if I'm in a city. Samantha is level 43 (very big) and I am a Wookiee. Most people see us coming.

I have it with all my mounts even the pre-CU ones. I CAN mount - it just gives me that message everytime I do.
Most of the long 4 legged mount pets have done the lying down trick for a quite some time before CU too. It doesn't always happen and I think it disappeared for many months, but it is obviously back when some part of the coding went wrong again.

I get the same thing as OddWan. It's been happening on and off since cu.

My new baby humbaba doesn't do it, but my full grown mounted savage humbaba sure as hell does. Fun to strut around town like I have a mother and baby critter with me.
"What do you mean I stole this baby from it's mother? She's right there!"
