The one in the FAQ's about not attacking a lair with a group of NPC commandos near by to "help out". Mob was pulled sent in my pet the npc commandos decide to help out and start smoking the mob, at which point my pet takes exception to being toasted.
Pet attacks commando all the npc's join in at this point kill my pet then take exception to me for owning the pet. They decide to smoke me, my brac and my group.
