I was on TC-EP3 this morning and did a bit of PVP.
During a break someone came up to me and asked to have my cats attack them to see what the damage was like. We both un-equiped our wepons and i sicked my pets on the.
This person was level 79, wearing full Stormie assult armor (the best against kenetic) and had buff.
My pets were as folows: A crimson razor cat, a Greater Sludge panther, and a mottled Wrix.
The target only had half his health bar (this wasn't a real duel).
My pets incapped him in seconds, before I realized that i couldn't call them off (bugged) and ended the duel.
The pets seemed very viable in combat and it took some effort for my oponents to bring them down.
Several people seening how well I faired in combat said that they either regretted giving up CH or were going to pick it up again.
All in all i'm very encouraged by this.

I have been pvping constantly with my pets and so far i have never been beaten in a duel. CH is very good. Isnt it kind of funny that we see all these negative posts about the CU and what its doing but we dont see many posts about how the CU has made CH better.

For PvP maybe. But have you tried PvE lately?

Exactly, not all of us constantly play PvP. Alot of us enjoy PvE. I have not heard many encouarging words about this or solo play. Don't get me wrong there is alot I like with the CU. BUT, it is NOT ready for Live. I feel this is a way to provide further testing on live servers. This is wrong. I am not paying to play a beta, (cough) game.

It is nice that it seems we rock in PvP, and I admit I don't PvE much myself, but the world isn't made of just PvP ya know heh. It sounds like all we'll be is a DPS powerup in PvE......

Don't expect to be a PVP king forever, sooner or later it will be "fixed"
Enjoy it while you can
