Thread: pet armor?

ive heard this mentioned a few times... but im not sure if its real or not 
Can pets be equipped with armor or anything? Are people who say "pet armor" just talking about 'embolden pets'?
One thing im hoping for in the combat upgrade is that we get armor made by armorsmiths to equip on our pets, and give it visible models too dangit. I want my razor cats to have wicked looking steel armor plates on them, with some spikes and stuff...
Or maybe a pet rancor with its own rusted armor, lol

Currenly pets can have either natural light armor, or no armor at all. If you view their stats it will have a display above the resists that says "Armor: Light" if they have light armor. This is the same deal as having composite (or any other armor) that is light armor.

We are fighting for pet armor. I found art concept once.....There is a thread about it. However, its been collecting dust. Ill bump it for you.

Can't see whether my Gurreck still has armot or not.
Or does it not matter with the CU?
Did notice my Battlelords are now 56th where my Gurreck is only 50th. This is going to take some getting used to after a year out of the game.
