Thread: what would be ideal group for PvEbig game hunting (if evertything worked)

posting a reply i came up with this as a hunting group.. i'm sure it could be tweaked some to get the most out of each person i basicly stuck to the mastering of profs...

MPike/MSword/MBrawler/TK 0,0,4,4/Combat Prowess 0,0,1,4/Enhanced Reflexes 4,4,0,0


MMedic/MCM/MDoc/Heightened Sences 4,0,0,0 (if it does anything anymore)

MBH/MCarbine/Combat Prowess 4,4,0,0

MCH/MSL

MSmuggler/MPistol/BH Desperato

MCommando/MCarbine/MMarks/ Combat Prowess 4,4,0,0

TKM/MFencer/ dabble in others

MRifle/MCM


i left jedi out cause i'm not sure of their skills and all now...


ya could dump the off tank and go with a MCommando/MBH... or add more dps instead of the smuggler...


the reason i like this makeup: one pure healer; the rifle/cm could debuff, then nuke (gives tank time tobuild up hate), and a secondary healer; mezzer/roots for the smuggler incase things go bad; SL/CH some dps with no HAM cost; main tank; off tank; and a couple pure DPS...


another interesting prof would be rifle/smuggler... singlepull ability then FD... think monk in EQ1...

after testing on TC, i grouped with a few friends that like support type roles, one of them made a MMedic/MDoc/MCM and ill tell you what, due to his heals, buffs and state cures we wouldnt have survived half the content we tested! very impressed with the support capability of a MMedic/MDoc/MCM.
