I have a question concerning naming your pets, I've tamed a lesser dewback and a cupa in the wild and they understood their names after training them in 3 commands. I have bought a kwi in a petshop and I can't name it, even after I teached it four commands. Does it have something to do with the taming and a bought creature? The wild creatures where babies and the kwi was really smal but it didn't have baby under the speciesname.

Can it be that I teached the kwi the commands before I tried it againwith his name?

It needs to learn 4 commands, all must be successful. It is possible the name you are using is being filtered for some reason. That is a really weird list that could be preventing it.

Ah, that could maybe be it. I tried to name the kwi"Chewie". I used it in the 4 commands but maybe the name Chewie isn't allowed?

yes that is the problem try a different name

yeah I ran into the same problem with Kile. I had change th enaem to something else and it took.

I was quite pissed I couldn't name a bantha "Princess". I mean come on, that's a bit generic to have on the name ban list.

I tried to name a vynock "FaceSucker" once. Apparently "sucker" is filtered.

So, "FaceInhaler" he became.

I tried to name a pet after one of my cats, Angel. Unfortunately it didn't take.

Slightly off topic though, I wish there was a simpler way to name pets. I don't mind spitting out 4 commands, but its kinda redundant. Just my $0.02 worth

The closest i can figure its because of Wald, anakin's rodian friend on Tatooine. Thats kind of a stretch though...

try naming one bundy and see if it flies if it doesnt then i would bet its a serial killer thing. unless amadala had boyfriend named al bundy...
