Thread: CHs left out of scythe quest unfairly

A few months ago the Devs gave us the ability to group with our pets to raise our combat level because we couldn't get higher missions that were actually a challenge for us. Now it seems they have come back to this problem. The scythe quest on Tatooine requires an individual's combat level to be (an estimated, not known exactly) CL20. Grouping does not work for these missions, so our pets are ignored again and we are left out. As a MCH, I SHOULD be able to get these missions, according to the Devs we ARE a combat profession and our pets are our weapons, so I am therefore of high enough combat level. Yet the mission giver won't say a word to me just because I am a low-level swordsman. I do plan on going higher in the swordsman tree once I free up skill points, but it seems that I should have the ability to take these missions just as a MCH right now and not wait for me to get 9 boxes in the swordsman tree. Anyone else run into this that agrees with me? If you don't agree, why?

/agree

I currently have the same issue. It's rather annoying, to say the least. I'd be furious if I weren't currently on my way to master rifleman, at least I will EVENTUALLY be able to do the quest, but some people aren't as lucky.
