Ok, I picked up Creature Handler a few days ago, and I am having trouble earning XP. It seems to be coming very slow. I'm not sure if it's because I'm also a TKM and seeing XP earnings in that is making Novice CH seem slower....hmm.

Anyway, I currently have the following critters:

Cu-pa

Mound Mite (baby)

Somekind of Boar I picked up on Tatooine (baby)

Kaduu (Mount)

Anybody have any tips for the best way to earn XP? I just feel like I need something solid to start with... Thanks.

CH exp is slow now that we've been nerfed so many times.

The closer your pets level is to the creature your fighting, the less exp you earn. Your pet has to be a lot lower than what your fighting. It also only needs to hit the mob once to earn full exp.

Another way to earn decent exp is to just run around taming and training every baby you see. Tame it, train it, and release it then on to the next one.

The most ch xp out of a kill I've seen ona regular basis is 840 for voritor hunters on Dant. it takes a while and patience. Once you get more command ttr tame, train and release adds up. Righ tnow I get about 1k per ttr.

at your starting level, it's going to go slowly... I'd say your best beat is to find a pet with some meat to it... (i'd normaly say rock beetle, but my brother, who just turned novice ch says he can't tame one yet... SO i guess you need to go looking for a Cupa or something... I've been a master for like 6 months... i honestly don't know what you can tame right now...)

and while it's growning, go tame / train / release as much as you can.

Once it's full grown go get into some group kill missions, and send your pet in once you notice the monster is more than 3/4ths of the way dead... you might miss out on a kill or two that way, but one swipe from an Enraged and Mister Cupa's a dead duck.

Once you can get a Sluge Panther, life should get alittle eaiser. Since your a TKM, i'd recomnond getting buffs, and tanking for your pet, once the things almost dead, peace and let it get a hit, then finish it off.

That's what i did with my TKM / McH...

GL to you.

Thanks guys... I'm beginning to get the impression that there is no easy way, heheh. Time to start training and releasing... Another question - is there a bonus for training when you're grouped?
