Well I made one, is it even tamable or useable?

It'll make a nice house decoration. Highest level tamable by a Master CH is 70.

yes max lv , any ch can tame and control is lv 70 even with taming clothing on taming clothing just helps non-wookies to control pets up to lv 70 (as wookiees do not need clothing becuase we get a natrul bonus to that)...like it was mentioned earlier will be a good house decoration hope this answers your question
