Thread: What are you guys selling to NCH's?

I was wondering what wild pets people were selling to non creature handlers. The pet nerf left things in a mess. The best thing I found on Tattoine was a jundland eopie, which had some little resistance. Zucca boars have no resistance but better damage than the eopies. CuPa's con at CL11 to me. Womp rats have no resistance at all. I have heard of people getting out of control growth mounts and arresting their development to get nice low lvl pets, but this seems to be the giant carrion spat which iirc is an aggressive model.

I know from personal experience as a BE, we cant beat wild stuff at low CL's due to the heavy handed NCH nerf (with 5 samples of rock beetle dna CL13, I only experimented psych, physique and the resultant creature was CL14 with worth stats than the wild version). This seems to leave wide open the NCH market for creature handlers, but this is a pretty crummy market with about 20 minutes of questions per pet paid for with haggling down to 1k worth of credits which you could have earned in 3min with a single mission.

My main interest in NCH pets now is I think Ill keep a supply of them as I am levelling up squad leader, and low level pets ups the number in the group and lets me keep a high level tank. I figure I can sell them upon reaching maturity. I just don't really know whats out there worth taming anymore.

Go read the BE forums and see their threads with instructions on how to make a 4k+ HAM level 10 pet and you'll understand why I giggled when I read that.

Lesser dewbacks and motley kaadus can still get some customers. There's a CH that sits in Coronet on my server trying to sell them at 2k each, already trained and mounted, for long periods of time, so don't expect many customers.

The only non-CH pet I've sold in a long time was a lesser dewback, trained as a mount. Got 10k for the little fellow, sold to an artisan type who always wanted a dewback of her very own. This was about two months ago before I gave up MCH for hologrinding.

I tell non-CH I don't deal in non-CH pets, simply because they are too weak. I do however take orders for mounts, but I don't keep them handy. The amount of time involved and the money you make fom the mounts is just too small compared to being able to sell the bigger pets.

I'll sell em a screanshot of my finger but thats about it. their crys of nerf got us beaten bloody and the way I see it they lost what little right they had to creature pets with that. I wont even train non CH pets, they can invest points and time to train their pets for all I care. I know someone else will help em out but their money isnt worth my time.

To Upgrade something implies that you are adding too, enhancing, and fixing the thing that you are upgrading. The CU does not do this, it is not adding too, enhancing, or fixing the combat system that is in place, it is replacing the innovative SWG system with the generic one used by its competitors. Be honest and stop calling it the CU, Call it the CR (combat replacement) instead
