Thread: Doing missions while grouped with pets.

I'm not really sure where to post this so I'm posting it here.
I was trying to do a few missions yesterday in a 'solo' group, I had my pets join the group as well. After I finished each mission though I only recieved 2075 credits of the 27500 i was suppose to recieve. At first I thought someone else in my group was just close enough in the area to get a cut of my missions payout. So I grabbed two more missions, but this time disbanded from the group and reformed with just my pets. Same thing happened. I havent had a chance yet to try this without my pets being grouped. I was wondering if anyone else had noticed this.
Also, on several different occasions my pets have vanished totally. They aren't storing themselves in my datapad, I have to store them myself before I can call them again. I think this issue is related to the rubberbanding everyone is reporting.

the mission payout is correct when you were in the solo group. if they are all out of range you still only get your share but they dont get any. however i havent had the problem with the pets. it is suppose to give you all the money and so far i have been getting it all.

I encountered something similar yesterday.
Solo, i could pull 20K missions from our explorer mission terminal.....but as soon as i grouped with a L70 pet and L18 droid , i only got 300 credits missions !!!

it's the droid pulling you down. just use the l70 pet and you can pull max missions.

Can try that .... although i've always used this combo to pull bigger missions ..... and it works on normal mission terminals .... only the explorer mission terminal gives me this crap missions

I thought the purpose of solo groups was to get higher paying missions, and then finish them yourself, giving you FULL payout. That is how it has worked for me in the past. When did they change this? And if it is operating in the way the dev team wants it to,... WHAT is the point to being in a solo group now?

And if it is operating in the way the dev team wants it to,... WHAT is the point to being in a solo group now?
They changed it a few patches ago. Basically to deflate the economy and get prices make to sane levels. If you group with your pets, you should get the full payout.

The other thing about the new group missoin payout is, the payout is determined two times the first when you take the mission then once completed to include new members of the group only. if you drop after taking a mission the split still happens for the size of the former group the payout doesnt recalculate forand pay you fron not being in a group.

There's still a point to getting the higher level missions for grinding and for hunting.
