My bro is going ch im helping him level hehe, and he wants to geta Giant Carrion Spat mount eventually and is wodnering where he is most likley to find one. He knows somewhere on Coreilla but he is wodnering if there is a more designated spot or is there missions

i usually saw tons on my search for a GPS. from coronet to the lord nyax poi usually spawned many of them

I always see them north east of coronet

keep in mind when used as a mount the you will be asked by the game when you call it out if you want to use it for a mount, if you choose yes then they will stop g-carrion spat growth lvl. dont be worried they are still large and fun lol

Up by the rebel theme park is another good spot for them, That is where I tamed mine.

The instant you tame a giant carrion spat, you can train it as a mount.

When it hits CL 12 (roughly 2300 HAM) you'll be asked if you want to let it grow, or stop it from growing. If you stop it from growing, it will remain a mount creature. If you let it grow, it wll stop being a mount and you can never go back to it being a mount. It's the only mount creature in the game that you get a "stunt growth" option on. This is because if it grows larger, the mount artwork won't fit on it anymore.

Giant spats can be found all over Corellia, away from the cities; as mentioned, the area around the Nyax Compound is good, as is the area around the Rebel Base (it's difficult to throw a rock near there and not hit a carrion spat). Mountainous areas are good, as is the Agrilat swamp. The mountanins SE of Bela Vistal is a good place to look, as are the mountains to the north and northeast of Doaba Guerfel.
