Greetings,

I know this is probably listed in multiple posts, but I am at work and don't have much time.

I just thought I would take up CH for some fun in the game (cause I need something to keep me here) and I always liked the idea of CH's. I currently have 0-1-0-0 and I was wondering what the best way to go about getting CH exp is. I have dabbled in several other areas, including BH. My ultimate goal would be to be running around with some big @$$ Creature, and if I have to sacrafice my dabbling, so be it.

I have some clothing that gives me +25 to taming and I think +15 to taming viscious.

My question is, at my level, is it still viable to tame the smaller creatures or is there a better way?

Any assistance in this would be greatly appreciated.

At the lower levels it's always handy to keep one free spot in your datapad for TTR (Tame, Train and Release). If you have high combat skills, then take a nice lower level pet (Kaadu, Wrix, etc...) and attack a large creature like a Faamba. Basically you want to take the aggro and let your pet get in 1 hit, as this will grant full CH xps. You will get more xps based on the difference between the CL of your pet and the target. For example I used a CL 15 Cowardly Gurreck against a CL 80 Enraged Rancor and was getting 1500 xps for each kill. That same CL 15 Cowardly Curreck against a CL 26 Gaping Spider only grants 480 xps. This is how I went from 3-3-2-2 to Master in about 4 or 5 days
