Ok, I'm new that creature handling so I don't know a lot. First I'm Master Artisan, Medic 4-4-2-4, Marksman 3-4-3-3, Scout 4-0-4-0 and Novice CH. Right now I have problems finding babies, I only found 2 in an hour. I used them in combat but they just keep dying (even against low enemies). So, where I should go to find babies ? Any tips ? Anything at all that could help me out .

Babies grow slowly into adults as long as you are regularly logged into the game. Each RL day seems to be made of two 12 hour "windows" of time. If you log in at all during a window, each of your baby pets willgrow one step closer to full adulthood at the end of that window. On the average I've found it takes me about a week to get a pet from baby to adult. If you're logged in a lot, though, you can probably shrink that by days.

You probably don't want to put pets in combat right after taming them. When they're freshly tamed babies, they only have a fraction of their adult HAM and damage (making them easy pickings for enemies... particularly if these are Novice CH wild pets). Give them a chance to grow before doing combat.

You can get missions for the creature you want if they spawn missions and look for babies there. Babies have a lot less HAM than the adults. If you want to get a little bit of xp, attack your enemy, then send you pet in right before the killing shot, or don't do anything at all.

I am not sure, but I belive that if you have your pets in a few battles in a day and leave them in your datapad, they may grow faster, but I am not sure.

I found it easier to keep them alive by not grouping them as they dont seem to pull agro ungrouped. You attack first build up good agro then have the pet attack. They only need to land 1 hit for you to get exp.

my method was to take the baby when very young out to the "yard trash" I would sic the pet on the trash and as soon as the pet got a hit I would toast the trash with my trusty blaster. Then a shot of pet stims to the pet and off we go again. Good xp for me and for my pet. As they got older they needed my help less and less.

Another option is to hunt down a CH friendly BE, usually those of us who are both . If your on Intrepid I can get you a fairly decent starter pet.
