If I have a mount that is higher than a non-creature handler level 10, can he take it to a trainer to make it callable?

If you are a creature handler you may need to train more to use the mount. If u are not a creature handler the maximum level of the mount/pet u can use is 10.

I am a master creature handler, what I am wondering is if I sell a mount to somebody else, can they take it to a trainer to get it reduced to level 10?

Ok thanks, guess I can roast up my lvl 11 and 15 mounts now.

Didn't there use to be an option to stunt growth or something?

I think this is if you have mounted a giant carrion spat before it is fully grown, and you have to choose between unmounting and stnut growth once he nears full grown size.

Usually, no. If it has a mountable little cousin in the wild then Maybe. If it is a Cupa it will turn into a Kwi. The dev's went out of their way to stick it to CH on this one. Go see a BE. It is really about the only source of good non-ch mounts now thanks to SOE. And the Cupa is level 11 just to rub it in.
