hi my mate is a 4-2-2-4 ch and is currently getting 500 xp per sharnaff. we worked out that he needs to kill 8000 naffs to get master from where he is now! that cant be right? is there a quicker source of xp for ch's? help him plz

Go to the Geonosian Caves on Yavin IV. I was getting over 1K XP per kill there and there are usually several people there and the spawns are fast as hell so the XP is quick.

How Hard are the geonesians? Do I need composite or anything to kill them? Group? Buff? Any help would be great thanks!!

Being buffed wouldn't hurt but I wouldn't go in unless other people are already in there fighting. Make sure you clone too hehe. I died 3 times yesterday over there but well worth it for the XP I was getting. I went from 2/2/2/2 CH to 3/3/3/3 CH in about 2 1/2 hours.

Wow thats awesome. So you'd recommend getting a group before you go and being buffed. Do they mind hit? Getting mind buffed is tough unless your in a large Theed-like city. No masters lol. What level or what specific kind of pet would you recommend I take? I have a Giant Peko Peko 6500 HAM thats a level 26, but nothing else thats in the 20's. Thanks for the help!

Around 1400-1500 each but it's harder to find a group there hehe.

The high level critters (krayts, kimos, peko peko albatrosses) will max out your CH XP at 2000. That's as high as it gets.

Well to answer your mind hit question ..... yes they do and hard. I got hit for one time for over 1200 damage to the head which resulted in one of my deaths hehe. Being an ex-Smuggler I always carry muon gold and I've recently fallen in love with valerian brandy but unfortunately I was on a downer at the time that I got hit 
I'd recommend being in a group if possible but there are usually enough people there to where it isn't necessary. I'd bring a lot of Stims for the Peko that you have that's level 26. When I used the one pet I have that's under level 20 I was only getting about 800 xp per kill instead of the 1080 I was getting for my level 21 and higher pets. Hope that helps you some.
