Im planning to drop ch for a brief holo grind period, what will happen when i cant store as many pets as i have in my datapad.....will they erase or??

No, they will just stay in your datapad. You might want to get a good non-ch pet first because you will not be able to get one later without deleting your pets. You will not be able to call them unless they are non-ch pets and you will not have any "room" for new pets.
