I am seeing and hearing of the ability to transfer(trade) pets even though the pets do not know the transfer command. I am talking CL>10 pets, so effectively CH level pets.
I searched for some threads talking about this, but as I have only gotten through page 10, which is from July 31st and older posts. I have gotten very depressed reliving many of the changes that have happened to us.
So i wanted to ask straight out, "Is /transfer bugged again"

Or did they change it so that you can transfer(trade) non agressive CH pets that don't know the transfer command, or just Mount eligible pets?
Cu Pa and Bantha come to mind.
A Novice CH asked me to train these two creatures for him. I asked if he could hold my Dune Bantha while I did this for him. Before I gave him my Dune Bantha, I asked him if the pets were tamed by him or given to him. He said he tamed them, which means they don't know the transfer command. I inspected each and sure enough transfer was not listed.

Bugged again? I know this is a low level issue right now, but I was just looking for an answer.

Speaking of old bugs, my pets stopped listening again last night, and I don't mean just my mounts. I mean old animals, wild and BE'd, ignoring commands that they've known for months.

I have noticed this a little bit lately, but it would only last for a minute or two. Luckily it didn't happen in battle.

So I've been hearing from folks. At this point I'm not even sure if requiring a pet to know the Transfer command has a purpose. Since you cannot call a pet unless you have the skill to tame it, trading a mantigrue screecherto a Novice CH wouldn't do the Novice much good.

It seems that many times a new patch comes in pets stop listening to commands, running from their targets, and standing right on top of me. Then we get another hot-fix or something and the pet's start acting okay again. Is this something that the devs keep forgetting to fix for each patch and some old bugged code keeps coming up? Am I making this up. It's just annoying to me that after most patches I can't rely on my pets to act right.

with the lack of CH's now vert yes the transfer command is useless. You can trade a pet that is below level 10 anyway and that is where most of the pets traded come from.
